Help us find the issue

Include your store domain, the affected product, the time the issue occurred and a brief description of what you expected. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens or personal customer records.

Before publishing

Confirm the selected customer profile, check the generated description against verified product facts and save edits as a new version. Approve the final text, then confirm the destination store before publishing.

Restoring a description

Use Publication history to restore the original saved description. If someone changed the product afterward in Shopify, MessageFit pauses restoration so you can review the live version. An uncertain publication is recorded for reconciliation; inspect Shopify before retrying.

Billing

Launch subscriptions use Shopify billing. Manage your plan through Shopify, and control optional extra usage in Plans and usage. A rollback does not create an additional usage charge. Public subscriptions are not enabled during release verification.
